·       Precinct Clusters, Precincts, Precinct Organizers (PCOs) and their mentors (aka cluster leaders)

·       Canvassing priorities: For each precinct, number of unidentified likely Democratic voters (Kerry voters minus number of identified likely Democratic voters (A’s and B’s on State Democratic walking lists);

·       Canvassing training and activity

·       Other precinct, precinct cluster and LD organizing activities such as potlucks.

·       Number of likely Democratic voters receiving regular newsletter, informing them about Democratic values, objectives and activities and enticing them to participate.

Also see Website Features below.

Farm Teams

For each LD, a listing of all relevant county district councilpersons, local councils and districts, officials of voluntary caring and advocacy organizations, and political activists.  Both liberals and conservatives should be described.  For example, the 47th LD would include their King County Councilpersons, the mayors and council persons of Auburn, Covington and Kent and numerous others associated with their school, water, fire and sewer districts,  PSTA and other leaders, and more.  The result is a skills bank of people with liberal values and competencies and others to be defeated.
